A champion for AI-integrated operations, Terry balances his technical expertise with a deeply personal mission: to create a social enterprise that gives back to the community.

Outside of work, He is a family man and proud father of two — a son and a daughter. His wife, a trained social worker, shares his passion for purpose-driven work and giving back to the community. Family is at the heart of who he is, and it shapes the way he leads with empathy, balance, and long-term vision.
