Terry Ng is the Founder of Cephas Search, he graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Commerce, double majoring in Human Resource and Marketing.

With over 20 years of APAC recruitment experience as a Headhunter, RPO Recruitment Project Manager, and Internal TA/HR Manager, he recognized the region's rapidly evolving talent landscape and the urgent need for smarter, faster, and more affordable recruitment approaches.

Driven by his passion for Artificial Intelligence, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing, Terry founded Cephas Search with the vision of bridging the gap between traditional hiring methods and the ever-changing demands of the recruitment ecosystem. The ultimate goal is to be a social enterprise that creates direct social impact where it matters most.

Outside of work, He is a family man and proud father of two — a son and a daughter. His wife, a trained social worker, shares his passion for purpose-driven work and giving back to the community. Family is at the heart of who he is, and it shapes the way he lead with empathy, balance, and long-term vision.
